Fabrication
Bossong Engineering continuously employs a team of fabricators providing a specialised manufacturing and maintenance service. Welding procedures are in place for structural, piping and pressure vessel welding to Australian and American standards.
Our fabrication department supports the robot welding and hardfacing business. We can cater for a range of materials including titanium, super duplex, duplex and austenitic stainless steels, bisalloy and boiler plates.
Examples of fabrication works previously undertaken are:
- Autoclaves and associated vessels for a pilot nickel leaching plant.
- ROV and sub sea manipulation equipment for the petroleum industry.
- Produce ultra high vacuum chambers.
- Structures, hoppers, conveying equipment and associated equipment for underground mining operations and ship loading facilities.
- Sub systems of aluminium and steel ore wagons.
