The management of Bossong Engineering consider the Safety and Health of its employees as being of paramount importance and will manage its facilities in such a manner to ensure, as is reasonable practicable, the following:
- The company will provide a place of work that is free from hazards
- The company will provide information, instruction, training and supervision for its employees
- Management will consult and co-operate with all employees
The Management in co-operation with its employees will implement, maintain and update a safe system of work for the workshop and yard care, particularly in respect to:
- Performance of all work practices in a manner which ensures the individuals safety
- Consultation and Co-operation with Management
- Ensure that their acts or omissions do not place the Safety and Health of fellow workers at risk.
Regular safety Tool Box meetings are the forum for management and employees to address all safety issues and outcomes will be an integral part of the overall Safety and Health strategy of the company.
This policy confirms the commitment of Bossong Engineering to establishing a positive safety culture throughout all of its activities and it creates a frame on which a safe system of work will be implemented.
